Rules for using DriftTable
DriftTable Terms of Use
These terms describe the current service relationship for players, teams, venues, and visitors using DriftTable.
Acceptance
By using DriftTable, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. Do not use the service if you do not agree. A venue representative accepting service confirms that they have authority to act for that venue.
Accounts
Provide accurate information, protect your password, and do not share access in a way that creates security risk. You are responsible for activity through your account until DriftTable is notified of unauthorized use.
Venue service and pricing
The current standard DriftTable package is $35 per venue per week unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. The start date, payment method, schedule, branding, and cancellation arrangement are confirmed directly with the venue before service begins. DriftTable may change future pricing with notice; a change does not rewrite amounts already agreed for completed service.
Trivia, scoring, and rewards
Scores may be submitted by players or venue staff and may be corrected, hidden, or removed when they are inaccurate, abusive, duplicative, or harmful to the integrity of the board. Online play relies on the honor system. Drift Coin is a promotional in-service balance, has no guaranteed cash value, and may be adjusted when an underlying score or reward was created in error.
Team names and user content
Do not submit names, messages, or other content that is unlawful, threatening, hateful, harassing, deceptive, infringing, or inappropriate for the venue. DriftTable may moderate or remove public-facing content and may suspend accounts that interfere with other users or the service.
Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to access private answer keys, host materials, accounts, or administrative tools without permission.
- Do not scrape protected areas, bypass time windows, manipulate scores, or interfere with the site.
- Do not upload malicious code or use DriftTable to violate another person's rights.
- Do not resell, copy, record, or redistribute weekly show content without written permission.
Ownership
DriftTable owns or licenses the site, software, show presentation, original questions, branding, and related materials. A venue receives permission to use its assigned weekly package for the agreed event and does not receive ownership of the underlying content or software.
Availability and results
DriftTable aims to keep the service available and the weekly package ready, but uninterrupted operation is not guaranteed. Internet service, venue equipment, YouTube availability, third-party systems, and events outside DriftTable's control can affect a show. DriftTable does not guarantee attendance, sales, revenue, customer retention, or any specific business result.
Suspension and ending service
DriftTable may suspend access that creates security risk, abuses other users, violates these terms, or remains unpaid under an agreed venue arrangement. Players and venues may ask to end service or close an account by contacting DriftTable. Effects on historical scores, team records, or required ledgers will be handled according to the Privacy Policy and operational integrity needs.
Limits and changes
To the extent allowed by law, DriftTable is provided without guarantees beyond those expressly agreed in writing, and DriftTable is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Rights that cannot legally be waived remain in effect. These terms may be updated as the product changes; continued use after an updated version is published means the updated terms apply.
